Is peanut butter with 8% sugar ok for a pre diabetic person?
Most all jar peanut butters add sugar.
You'd be better of going to the organic section of your store and getting real peanut butter out of the machine. You watch peanuts turn to peanut butter. There's no doubt that NOTHING is added.
Add a dash of salt and it tastes very good.
