I got a perm over the summer, and I think its killing my hair. What do I do?

I am not sure whether or not its fried. But i didnt get much split ends until i permed it. Is there a way to keep it heathy without out spending too much money?

When my mother got a bad perm a few years ago she found that the best way to help her hair was to roller set it on medium rollers to help the texture and make it look a lot less fried and also keep loose ends at bay,

Please try to let your rolled hair air dry and do not use hairdryers, tongs or heated curlers until your existing perm starts to grow out

You should also think of having a consultation with a different hairstylist to consider your options
