Help please I am really confused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
Hi can anyone help me decide on what is the best deep treatment for my hair. My hair is looking very damaged at the moment from bleaching and styling tools. So I need a treatment which will restore it back to health but what one is the best? Redken CAT Protein treatment, Kerastase oleo relax smoothing mask, bumble & bumble deep treatment, cholesterol, tigi behhead chocolate, matrix's proto-pak? Also, how do I apply it and how long should it be kept on for? Overnight preferably? Also, is bumble & bumble clarifying shampoo good?

P.s my hair is straight however completely unsure as to whether it is thick or thin because sometimes it is thick and sometimes it feels thin.
All of those are probably good. However, none of them will work as well as a salon deep conditioner treatment. The deep conditioner that the salons have is stronger than what you can get in stores. It's not too expensive but it will be well worth spending a little more than you would on a store bought product.
