Hair Damage? Please Help!!?
I got a perm in December and it didnt work out and ever since then my hair is thinner, and breaking off. When I noticed it I stressed and my hair fell out some. I stopped stressing but you know what happens when you stress for a while.. so what can I do to fix this??
I'm using garnier fructis products strength and repair and I wash my hair like once a week and use leave in cond. sleek&shine. I'm also using wildgrowth oil not the cond. I barely blow-dry my hair now or flat iron it.
I put Dr.miracle hot gro on those problem areas where I stressed out at and hoping it will fill in fast before school starts. I want to be normal and beautiful again!
Im taking vitamins twice a day from GNC also. "Hair,Skin,and Nails" with 3000mg of biotin. Is my routine okay?
Sounds good, except if you can try and get some Redken Extreme shampoo conditioner and a treatment if you can. That might help the texture get well again, but you are doin all the right things.
