what are these lumps on my puppy's neck and back?
Sunny is a five month old french bulldog, around his early fourth month of age bumps on the top of his head started sprouting up. now into his fifth month these bumps are spreading down his neck and back, they are not overwhelming him, at this current time he has about 8-9 of them. These bumps come and go, they do not form into whiteheads, no drainage is present, no discoloration either, and the bumps don't seem to cause him any pain or itchiness. he has gone to the vet when they first started appearing, he said because they go away on their own to not worry about it and to try benadryl. I am thinking it could be a food allergy or some kind of contact allergy maybe even hives caused by stress, I really don't know there could be plenty of different provoking factors. at this point I am ready to try a premium puppy chow and a hypoallergenic shampoo,i will be grateful for any comments on treatment or what these lumps can actually be.
