ok so i have afro american chemically altered hair { the perm I use is Olive Oil}
now I saw this new product called: Rusk Thermal Shiny str8 Permanent Straightener.
Now Can it be used on my hair? PLease help, someone professional, or a hint.

No! No! Please do not use Rusk over your current perm, you will break off your hair, Rusk can be used on afro-american hair, but only virgin. You should only use the same product a s before, due to the thio-base in it. It is complicated to explain, but straighteners have different bases, and using the wrong one can make you bald! I am not very familiar with Olive Oil, so I can't recommend you a replacement. Hope this is of help.
