How does one tape ankles for good support during dance?
My daughter hurt her ankles while Irish dancing. I am considering taping her ankles before she dances. Any ideas on what is the best way to tape the ankle for the most support. She is currently using ace wraps but they do not seem to give her the support she needs. Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks in advance for your response.

I've been doing Irish Dance for 10 years & I once sprained my ankle badly. I've also strained my ankles many times and I find it a big help to use ankle supports! The ones I use are similar to big thick elastic bands and I've had no problems with my ankles since then!
