PLZ HELP!! What koleston perfect shades should I use to create this colour?
is there anyone that can help me? what colours of koleston perfect should I use to create the colours on the right in this pic?

I was thinking of doing 9/16 all over and then 12/89 as highlights, would that acheive it? I'm going to try Koleston for the first time and it's hard to tell from the online colour chart

I hate my colour.. it doesn't look right on my skin tone! i have so many colours going on in my hair.. would it be best to do an al over base colour first?
or should i just do highlights?
would love to help but it depends on the underlying colours.. you cant pick a colour off a colour chart and get that shade.
